Administrators can open an administrator mode (or admin mode) menu to run maintenance tasks and perform functions. For example, in admin mode, administrators can enroll employees for biometric verification and synchronize the clock with Dayforce.
Note: The Dayforce Clock Pro and Clock+ have unique admin mode functions. For more information about the functions that are available in admin mode, see Admin Function Configuration.

Open the Administrator Mode Menu
You must enter the administrator mode PIN to open the admin mode menu. This PIN is defined in the config file for the clock. The default PIN is 4110.
Important: It’s strongly recommended that you replace the default admin PIN value with a unique value. See System Configuration.
To open the admin mode menu:
- In the login screen, click Admin access.
- Enter the admin mode PIN and click Submit. The clock shows the Administrator Mode screen with the functions that you have access to.
