Admin Datasync Functions

This section describes each function that’s available in the <admin_datasync_functions> section. When enabled, you can access these functions in admin mode by tapping the Server Synchronization button to open the Server Synchronization screen.

Each administrator data synchronization function described below contains a key attribute that controls the order in which functions are shown. The functions are shown in the following order:

Grid containing two rows of five blocks, starting with F1 and ending with F10.

For example, to specify that the Update Database button is shown in the top left corner, assign it to the F1 key. Similarly, to place the Synchronize Time button at the bottom right corner, assign it to the F10 key.

If necessary, you can configure the clock to show two pages of buttons. Functions assigned keys F1 - F10 are shown on the first page, and functions assigned keys F11 - F20 are shown on the second page.

Note: Although you can configure ten buttons per page, a maximum of eight is recommended to ensure that the text associated with buttons is shown correctly in all languages.
