To access the shift trading feature and initiate a shift trade:
- In the home screen, tap Self Service.
- When prompted, swipe your badge or enter your badge number.
- Follow the prompts to perform any additional steps that your clock is configured for, such as biometric verification, PIN entry, or picture capture.
- The clock shows the self-service menu with the functions available to you.
- Tap Calendar. When shift trading is enabled, the clock shows the shift trading icon next to the loaded period information at the top of the screen:
- When a shift trade is available, the icon is marked to indicate the number of offers and swaps available. In the example below, the shift trading icon is marked with a “1” to indicate that one shift trade is available:
- Tap the shift trading icon. The clock shows the shift trade menu:
- In the above example, the employee has one shift offer that was made for them specifically. When a shift trade or offer is made to all workers, the Offered to everyone option is marked with an indicator in the menu.
- When you tap Offered to me when the option is marked with a value, the clock shows the shifts offered to you on the Shifts Offered To Me screen:
- To offer a shift to other employees or initiate a shift swap, expand the appropriate schedule row.
- Note: The clock marks shifts that you can trade with an upwards arrow icon.
- After you expand the schedule row, the clock shows additional shift details and the Swap and Offer buttons:
- Tap either Swap or Offer, depending on your requirements.
