New Languages available
Dayforce User and administrator guides are now available in Spanish (Mexican) and German. The Help Portal user interface is also available in English, French, Spanish (Mexican), and German.
How to find localized guides
On the Home page, click the drop-down to the left of the search bar to select the language you want to search in.
How to change your language preferences for the Dayforce Help Portal
- Click My Account > Profile.
- Under Interface Preference, select your language preference.
Dayforce Help button redirect to the Help Portal
The Help button in Dayforce opens either MyPath tutorials or online Help, depending on the Help Collection setting in Site Setup > Client > Properties.
Starting in Dayforce Release 63, Service Pack 1, customers whose Help Collection is set to Standard Help can now access the Help Portal from the Dayforce Help button.
Note: MyPath is not affected by this change.
